History

The Mackays factory was originally a carrot processing facility in Carnoustie, Eastern Scotland and in 1938 the Mackay brothers converted the site into a jam-making facility sourcing berries from the bountiful fields surrounding them and selling them locally.

Ingredients: Sugar, Scottish Strawberries, Gelling Agent: Fruit Pectin, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Prepared with 35g of Fruit per 100g, Total Sugar content 65g per 100g.
